The main advantages of ViDi AutoCity Loyalty Program are as follows:
- A flexible, fair, transparent and clear to any Customer integrated system of receiving and accumulating discounts to solve all car-related questions: car servicing at the company’s service centers, purchasing of parts and accessories, purchasing of insurance products;
- An individual approach to each Customer providing for the presence of a consultant, who would permanently accompany a Customer, assist in all questions about car operation and consult about all possible car-related problems. In this way the Customer saves his time by delegating some of his tasks to a professional;
- A set of customer programs, including training programs for customers and their family members, promoting the increase of automobile awareness, skilful car driving, recommendations about daily maintenance of a car and comprehensive information about car servicing (this feature will be available in short term).
