VTB Bank is a full-service bank and one of the top 10 largest financial institutions of Ukraine. The bank is participant of one of the leading Russian financial groups, the VTB Group, which is represented in 20 countries in the world. The holder of 99.9% shares of the bank is OJSC VTB Bank (Russia), the second largest bank of the Russian Federation which principal shareholder is the Russian Government holding a stake of 85.5% shares.
