Welcome Card

Welcome Card, the card of the first level of the Loyalty Program, can be obtained byprivate individuals being car owners, irrespective of their citizenship, who expressed their wish to become customers of the ViDi AutoCity and made use of the general service, provided that the cost of simultaneously paid regular maintenance and / or repair work or purchased spare parts and accessories amount to UAH 300 (including VAT) at the least. Besides, you can receive a Loyalty Program membership card,Welcome card, when buying any insurance product from the Insurance Company ViDi Insurance.

Welcome Card gives an opportunity to a regular Customer to take advantages of the fixed basic discount for products and services already at the start, plus a chance to accumulate discounts for car services, purchasing of accessories and spare parts, and also to receive additional privileges from partner companies of the Loyalty Program.

Special terms for Welcome Card holders

Discounts of the Loyalty Program do not apply to the goods and services realized within other special offers.

Conditions of getting to the next level of the Loyalty Program

When buying a certain car type, according to the terms of receipt of the Loyalty Program card, Welcome Card holders get Silver Card or Gold Card and automatically pass to a higher level of the Loyalty Program. Thereby the amount of the accumulated discount received in the course of use of Welcome Card, passes over to a new card (Silver Card or Gold Card) in its absolute value and is reflected there as an accumulated discount in percentage.

The basic discount of Silver Card or Gold Card is higher than the basic discount of Welcome Card. Hence, getting to a higher level of the Loyalty Program and transferring the accumulated discount to a new card, the total discount on a new card (basic + accumulated) will be higher.
